Boule Rouge

A card-driven simulation of petanque that models throwing balls toward a jack. Players form teams and take turns playing cards to resolve throws, aiming to land their five balls closer to the jack than opponents. Rounds follow petanque terminology and practical rules where possible; a match ends when a team wins two rounds. The game emphasizes precision, tactical card play, and team coordination rather than dexterity, letting players recreate the strategic choices of the sport at a table.
