Château Aventure

Players cooperate to guide a single protagonist through text-adventure scenarios run by one player acting as the parser/computer. The parser provides descriptions of locations, characters, objects, and outcomes; the other players take turns issuing simple commands such as “go west,” “take key,” or “use key on chest.” Each scenario presents objectives and one or more victory conditions; play rewards following the optimal path with points up to a perfect score of 100. The campaign-like pulse of play emphasizes puzzle-solving, command sequencing, and avoiding character death or other fail states that end the scenario.
