Coffee Rush: Grab & Go

Coffee Rush: Grab & Go

A speedy, travel-friendly real-time card game about fulfilling coffee orders. Players race simultaneously to grab ingredient cards from a shared stock, place them under open orders, and complete drinks before opponents. Some orders are takeout-style with ingredients face down, requiring memory as well as speed. The round ends when a player completes a set number of orders; players then score revenue for correct drinks while mistakes and missing items reduce earnings. Includes rules for solo play, longer sessions, and memory-focused variants for 1–6 players.

Regelvragen

Beantwoord vanuit het spelregelboek door de regelassistent van Ludoya.

Do we take turns, or does everyone play at once?

Everyone plays simultaneously, with no turns; start together on a count of three. (p. 3)

Can I flip several ingredient cards at once, or use both hands?

No. You may flip only one card at a time and may grab cards with only one hand while searching. (p. 3)

Do takeout drink ingredients go face up or face down?

For takeout orders, slot ingredients face down and remember what they are, since you can’t check them afterward. For a first game, the rulebook says to ignore this rule and keep takeout ingredients face up. (p. 3)

When is an order complete, and what do I do next?

It’s complete only when it has exactly the matching ingredients—no missing or extra ones. Call out the drink’s name, set the order and its ingredients aside, then draw a replacement so you always have two orders in front of you. (p. 4)

What happens when someone completes their fifth order?

They call “Closed!” and everyone immediately stops searching. If you’re holding an ingredient, you may slot it under an order before scoring or return it to the stock. (p. 5)
