Dice Hospital: Deluxe Add-Ons Box

This expansion adds physical and gameplay components to the hospital-management dice game. It includes five 3D ambulance minis, wooden blood bag and fatality tokens, and a build-your-own hospital-themed dice tower. A small experimental-medicine mini-expansion introduces new upgrade tiles and specialist cards that alter dice values: stepping a die down (clinical trials), re-rolling (experimental drugs), or swapping values (transplants). These new manipulation options integrate with the base game's euro-style dice control and create additional strategic combos with existing tiles and specialists.
