This expansion pack adds components and upgrades for a hospital-management game, including a helicopter ambulance, parking garage, round tracker, wooden syringes, pill bottles, and a screen-printed birthing die. The fifth-player expansion provides an additional hospital, nurse meeples, score tracker, and dice, allowing the base game and other expansions to accommodate five players. The helicopter serves as ambulance 0, providing a sixth ambulance for five-player games.
