Friese's Landlord

Players take the role of ruthless landlords who buy, rent out, and sabotage apartment buildings to extract the most money from tenants. Cards represent different tenant types, action effects, and events; players play cards to upgrade or downgrade flats, blast buildings, evict or kill tenants, and deploy defenses against opponents’ attacks. Gameplay revolves around hand management, timing of action cards, and tactical targeting of rivals to maximize income while minimizing losses from squatters and reprisals. Victory goes to the player who accumulates the most cash by the end of the game.
