Take control of a city's gangs by collecting Gangster and Gang Boss cards while avoiding the interference of the Cops and Joe. Play cards face down to other players, who must respond with matching colors and quantities or return cards from the same suit. Assemble gangs consisting of a boss and five members of the same color, then place them in front of you. The player with the most completed gangs wins.
