Italia 1917-1918: A Farewell to Arms

An operational wargame covering the Italian campaign of World War I from the Battle of Caporetto in October 1917 to the Villa Giusti Armistice in November 1918. Entente forces including Italy, France, Great Britain, and the United States face Austria-Hungary and Germany across the Piave, Monte Grappa, Asiago, Trento, and Isonzo regions. Players command historical units in six scenarios of varying length, or play the full 23–36-turn campaign. Advanced rules add unit reconstruction, strategic reserves, random event cards, and optional what-if situations.
