Players take the roles of apprentice alchemists competing to create their first homunculus. They acquire body parts from various elemental beings and combine them into a unique artificial creature, paying with magical alchemical ingredients. The alchemist evaluates the results to determine which apprentice may continue studying the mysterious art.
