King of Tokyo: Origins

Players take the role of giant monsters battling for control of a city. Each turn a player rolls six dice up to three times, setting aside dice to score points, gain energy, heal, or deal damage to opponents. Damage affects whoever occupies the city: monsters outside hit the one in the city, while the occupant hits all others. Health drops to zero eliminate a player; the first to reach 20 points or the last monster standing wins. Energy cubes bought from dice are spent on power cards that grant ongoing or one-time abilities. The box contains a small roster of monsters, a mix of power cards, energy tokens, and themed dice for setup and play.
