Oz Fluxx

A whimsical, Oz-themed version of a changing-rules card game where the cards in play determine how the game works. Players draw and play cards to alter draw counts, play limits, hand sizes and victory conditions while interacting with characters and hazards from the Land of Oz. Players collect and play Goal, Keeper and Action cards to complete quests, enlist allies like Munchkins, and trigger events such as flying monkeys, poppy fields or a Wicked Witch encounter. The game's state can shift dramatically on any turn as new rule cards replace old ones, so strategies must adapt to the current cards in play.
