Pack of Lies

In a noir fantasy city built on lies and deceit, players pursue grim quests to clear their names. They recruit gangs of characters who use treachery, deception, or brute force to uncover the truth. Players can cooperate with or oppose one another as circumstances change, while characters may assist multiple players at once. Their fate can affect several players, and dealings with factions such as the Church, Cops, Syndicate, Enchanters, and Dragonclan shape the struggle.
