Players act as builders developing a cliffside Italian village overlooking the sea. Each round, all players simultaneously reveal two bid cards to compete in three parallel auctions that determine the size, quality and placement options for their new resorts. Bids translate into a draft from a bid board: drafted tiles provide build locations on the tiered, three-dimensional cliff board, supply blocks for construction, and quality ratings for the buildings. Players place building blocks to construct resorts and try to secure unobstructed sea views. Scoring rewards high-quality buildings with clear views, collected gelato tokens, and achievement cards, with three shared goals changing strategic priorities each game.
