This expansion adds forests and fourteen new buildings to Puerto Rico, including the Aqueduct, Black Market, Storehouse, Guesthouse, Church, Trading Post, Small Wharf, Lighthouse, Library, Speciality Factory, Union Hall, Cloister, Statue, and Forest House. The buildings provide additional options for developing plantations, producing and trading goods, shipping, and managing island resources.

Adds a nice bit of variety, but not really necessary since the base game has so much. Maybe this would be useful when you have played the base game to death.
