Card-driven competition among Communism, Fascism and Social-Democracy during the political upheavals of Europe from 1919 to 1933. Three players use historical events, political actions and secret action chits to influence governments, public opinion, economies and stability across Germany, Italy and surrounding nations. Players spend Political Points and Funding to plan propaganda, conflicts, laws, reforms, elections and coups. Social-Democracy seeks to preserve elected governments, while Communism and Fascism work to establish totalitarian regimes. Crises, economic changes and government instability determine whether nations hold elections, change allegiance or fall under permanent rule.
