Set during the Cold War, this game has agencies gathering intelligence on financial institutions, political figures, military installations, and secret technology. Players place agents in cities around the globe to collect fragments of intel, then promote them into actionable information used against high-profile targets to gain influence. Whenever intel is collected, some leaks to other cities, potentially aiding rival agencies. Additional agents and handlers provide more options at a cost, including exchanging intel. After four rounds, players bribe their targets for additional influence; the agency with the most influence wins.
