Shadows of Brimstone: Gates of Valhalla

Spelers kruipen in de huid van een groep Vikinghelden die door bevroren Noorse landschappen en de buitenaardse ruïnes van een bevroren stad trekken, waar ze het opnemen tegen mythische beesten en robotachtige wachters die door een duistere kracht zijn verdorven. Elke held beschikt over unieke vaardigheden—leiderschap aan de frontlinie, gevechten met schild en bijl, berserkerwoede of ondersteuning op afstand—om zich door modulaire kaarttegels te bewegen, ontmoetingen op te lossen, artefacten te verzamelen en vijanden te bevechten. Nieuwe tegenstanders zijn onder meer regenererende trollen, zwermen goblinachtige gremians, gepantserde centurio’s en een torenhoge ijsreus die gebiedsaanvallen en stormaanvallen gebruikt. De set bevat nieuwe Bibliotheek-kaarttegels en scenario-inhoud voor het Plateau van Targa, plus alle onderdelen die nodig zijn om de campagnes van de Vikinghelden te spelen in zowel de Noorse Landen als de bevroren buitenaardse stad.
