Players take on the roles of politicians running campaigns across a map divided into nine voting zones, each requiring a different voter majority to win. On each turn a player answers an Ideology Card, choosing positions that grant immediate resources or build affiliation with one of four ideological archetypes; collecting cards from an archetype unlocks powers tied to that political stance. Resources—Funds, Media, Trust and Clout—combine to place voter tokens and purchase abilities or Conspiracy Cards. Volatile zones trigger Headlines that affect the board state, and players use trade, coercion and strategic power plays to form majorities; when all majorities are claimed, the player with the most zones wins.
