Het Kleurenmonster

Players work together to help a confused creature sort its emotions by moving it around a board and collecting emotion tokens. On a turn a player rolls a die, moves the piece, and may take an emotion token from the space landed on. To place a token, the player searches hidden-colored jars on a shelf and chooses one; a correct match lets the token be stored, while a mismatch returns the jar to the shelf and can increase the creature’s confusion. When picking up a token, the player must describe a memory or situation that illustrates that emotion (happiness, sadness, anger, fear, or calm). The group loses if too many mixed jars are revealed and wins once all emotion tokens are correctly jarred.

FRENCH Fin de notre trilogie ludique autour des émotions, voici Le Monstre Des Couleurs adapté des ouvrages ?éponymes. Un jeu qui conduira les jeunes joueurs à exprimer leur ressenti à plusieurs reprises dans la partie. On lance le dé, on déplace le monstre sur une zone de couleur et on verbalise autour d’un souvenir, d’une situation où l’émotion concernée a été ressentie. On accède alors au petit aspect memory du jeu : il faut trouver le bon bocal pour ranger le jeton de cette émotion. On gagne tous ensemble une fois les 5 jetons rangés ! Il est possible de perdre mais dans toutes nos parties cela n’est jamais arrivé, la petite fille aidant les joueurs si besoin. On apprécie le fait de commencer par verbaliser avant de tenter sa chance avec les bocaux : l’expression orale est la priorité du jeu?. Matériel résistant bien pensé pour l’utilisation en classe. En plus d’être graphiquement superbe, ce jeu est un excellent choix pour jouer autour des émotions avec les 3/6 ans. Un futur classique des cycles 1 et 2 ! Rolling die and moving monster token on the board, players will have to talk about situations or memories in which they felt the emotion the monster came on. Then they can pick the emotion token and try to find the right jar (memory mechanism). Happiness, Sadness, Anger, Fear or Calm, you’ll learn many things about your children/pupils playing this game ! Players win together (with the help of the little girl that hide again bad jars, with mixed emotions). Players may loose together but…it never occured since we play it in several places. A great game that will make young children talk ! SPANISH Un guapito juego de gran tamaño para pequeños jugadores. Primero se tira el dado. Despues se tiene que hablar de temas algunas veces delicados. Entonces se puede ayudar al monstro con los frascos, es un mecanismo cerca del memory. Un excelente juego cooperativo para niños de 3/6 anos que merece exito en las escuelas !??
