The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game – Two-Player Limited Edition Starter

A cooperative card game for one or two players in which each player assembles and commands a company of heroes on quest-driven scenarios set in Middle-earth. Players choose heroes, build decks from the included cards, and manage resources, allies, and attachments while resolving encounters presented by the game’s encounter deck. The title uses threat, quest, and combat mechanics to simulate exploration, combat, and storytelling during each scenario. This edition provides two preconstructed player decks, two unique scenarios, and all tokens and threat trackers needed to play, and it supports expansion via additional card packs for deck customization and new quests.
