The Ratcatcher: The Solo Adventure Game

A solo adventure in a plague-ridden kingdom where a newly created magical cheese has drawn every rat in the land. The player takes the role of the ratcatcher, exploring a randomly generated city, using limited actions, skills, and traps to evade, outmaneuver, and eliminate hordes of AI-controlled rats. Rats move and swarm according to simple AI rules, while larger Nemesis rats act as mutated boss encounters infused with the magic cheese. Victory requires snatching the magical cheese and surviving coordinated rat assaults before the mutations overwhelm the city.
