Timeline: Cannes & Cinema

A deck of double-sided cards shows films on each face and the year a title was selected at the Cannes Film Festival on one side. Players hold a hand of cards and take turns placing one into an existing timeline on the table, then reveal the date printed on the card. If the revealed year fits correctly in chronological order with the other placed cards, the card remains; if not, the card is discarded and the player draws a replacement. Play continues until a player has placed all their cards; tied winners trigger a bonus round where tied players receive an extra card and play resumes until a single winner emerges. Cards are bilingual and can be mixed with other Timeline sets.
