Tokyo Highway: Rainbow City

Players build an elevated highway network using plastic sticks and stackable column pieces, placing one end of each stick on an existing column and the other on a new column or the table. Pieces lock into place with tacky pads, and players top completed roadway segments with their colored cars when they first cross over or under an opponent’s stick. City scenery tiles (buildings, airport, tower, green area) are arranged around the table and affect scoring in the mission variant. Branching, exit ramps, and yellow-topped columns introduce exceptions to placement rules and create tactical choices about where to extend and when to end a branch. The game ends when players exhaust their construction materials or cars; the last player remaining or the one who places all their cars wins, or players score points under the mission rules.
