Crazy Derby

Players draft and reveal cards representing fashion designers, laying one card face up each turn and drawing to replace it. When the number of face-up cards for a designer equals the value printed on that designer’s cards, that designer has a breakthrough: players who contributed the matching number keep those cards for end-of-hand scoring while other played cards are discarded. Special cards include Super Models, which count as two cards toward a breakthrough, and Outs, which remove all face-up cards of that designer. The game plays over multiple hands until one or more players exceed 100 points.
