Players work together to find a magical ring stolen from a wise king by an evil wizard. They move through the rooms of a castle, question talking animals, and use clues from an electronic treasure chest to identify the thief before time runs out. Animals must be fed before they reveal their information, and the randomly supplied clues make each investigation different. The group wins or loses together by completing the assigned task. This anniversary edition includes the original cooperative game and a card-game version.
