Quartermaster General: Victory or Death – The Peloponnesian War

Athens and Sparta lead rival coalitions across sea and land during the Peloponnesian War. Players form two teams (Demos vs. Oligarchs) and use card-driven hand management to conduct area control, naval commerce, and land battles over a map of ancient Greece. Turns feature Play, Planning and Strategy steps where players play action cards, place Prepare cards, and build combinations of played and prepared cards to trigger operations and responses. Naval strength, trade, and the Spartan phalanx factor into faction abilities, and teamwork between partners determines coordination and timing. Games support 2–4 players in roughly 90–120 minutes and emphasize tactical card combos and strategic area control.
