Saladin

A two-player historical wargame that recreates the battles of Hattin and Arsuf between Saladin and the Crusader forces. Players choose a scenario, deploy their forces as indicated, and take turns activating a single Banner each turn. Actions use a limited pool of Order tokens that decreases over time; players spend tokens to move, harass, and resolve combat with cavalry and heavy knights. Combat and disruption aim to disorganize opposing units and erode their cohesion. Victory depends on preserving unit cohesion and managing Order tokens more effectively than the opponent.
