Yak

Players are mountain villagers collecting stones and food while yaks pull merchant carts through the village. Each turn players simultaneously choose one of three actions—build, restock, or market—and then resolve them in order as carts move and the baby yak token passes. Build lets a player spend food to buy stones from the cart in front of them (respecting cart restrictions and paying extra for crystals) and place them into a growing five-wide tower. Restock takes food from a cart and draws a stone into that cart; Market takes food from the shared market and adds stones to carts. Fog stones reverse cart direction and modify draw rules. The game ends after towers reach the fourth level, then players score by grouping colors, using crystals as wilds (each crystal a unique color), triggering endgame points, and leftover food; an optional objective variant adds scoring goals.
