Players contort their bodies to match poses and prompts from a deck of cards, aiming to outdo each other in flexibility and balance. On a turn, the top card is revealed: red cards must be placed or held on a specific body location, while green cards instruct the player to adopt or maintain a particular posture or touch. Play continues as cards accumulate and players try to keep their positions without dropping cards or breaking a required contact.
