Ankh: Bogowie Egiptu

Take the role of an ancient Egyptian deity vying to survive as belief in the old gods fades. Players recruit and convert followers, build caravans, summon monsters, and maneuver units across the map to control regions and influence the populace. Combat and interactions use streamlined, non-random systems so outcomes depend on player decisions rather than dice. The game uses detailed miniatures and illustrated components to represent gods, creatures, and citizens while players push and pull for dominance, managing resources and tactics to ensure their cult endures.

Классический представитель позиционной гонки за удержание территорий. Area Majority не очень частая механика, её часто путают с Area Control, но есть разница. Играю с дополнением Пантеон - и мне кажется это самый полный набор механик, без этого слишком пресно.

A really good area control war game. The card system is really nice and has some mindgaming in it. No rng but also not fully calculable due to hidden card play out of a known card pool.

Excelente juego de carreras por controlar territorio. Hemos jugado a 2 y es una partida medio corta, magnificas miniaturas. Una gozada de juego. Jamás se llega al último conflicto. Alguien cae antes de llegar!

Can I end my move on a space that already has another figure or a Monument? Can I move through them?

You may move through spaces occupied by figures, Monuments, Water, Rivers, or Camel Caravans, but you must end your movement in an empty, non‑Water space; each space can be occupied by exactly 1 figure or 1 Monument at a time (pp. 7, 15).

Can my God be killed in battle?

No — God figures can never be killed; Battles kill Warriors and Guardians only, while Gods are exempt (pp. 8, 24).

If I take a first action, can I choose any second action (including one above the first)?

No — after your first action you may take a second action only in a lower line on the central dashboard than your first; if your first action triggers an event you get no second action, and there are special single‑marker cases such as when the first action is Unlock Ankh Power or when you are merged (pp. 14, 25).

What happens to Battle cards after I play them—do they return to my hand?

Played Battle cards remain faceup next to you and are not returned automatically, so which cards you have used is open information for opponents (pp. 11, 24).

When several players gain or lose Devotion at the same time, who resolves those changes first?

Resolve simultaneous Devotion gains/losses starting with the player with the least Devotion and proceed in ascending order; when tokens share a space the newly arriving token is placed on top (p. 11).
