Arctic Scavengers

Fight, gamble and bluff as the leader of a survivor tribe in a world locked in a new ice age. Recruit mercenaries, gather scarce resources, and acquire tools and medicine to strengthen the tribe. Skirmish against rival tribes or deceive opponents as communities compete for survival. The tribe with the largest population at the end of the game wins.

I greatly enjoyed this game early in my gaming career. However, the more I played games, the more I realized that deckbuilding isn't my favorite mechanism. It was finally sold to make space for other games in my collection. Still probably one of my favorite deck builders in terms of theme and player interaction. - 10/13/18

Might go smoother on a second play. Felt the game went on a little too long and the resources didn't seem limited enough even though I really enjoyed the idea of the game. Want to give this another shot.
