This game didn't work for us at all. Your choices on any given turn were very limited and many times you don't have an opportunity to advance any of your goals, because of resource limitations, other players standing in your way, or the rotations of the center of the board. The general goal is to increase the value of the deities who share your alignment, and then have the most points with those deities. A major frustrating element is that you have to invest time and effort into getting points with the deities before you are allowed to look at their alignment in the first place and see if you wasted your time. The timing of when the center area rotates is also very frustrating as often times I would try to get points with a particular deity, and then have the central area change on me before i can resolve my move, causing me to no longer be in that deity's area.
