Age of Steam Expansion: Holland / Madagascar

This set contains two maps for a railway-building game. In Holland, polders cannot be built on until the middle of the game, restricting access to several yellow cities surrounded by them. In Madagascar, players bid for negative actions rather than positive ones, and use a new goods display.
