Age of Steam Expansion: Mexico, Spain/Portugal

This expansion adds two maps for the railway-building game: Mexico and Spain/Portugal. The Spain/Portugal map is designed primarily for team play, with a variant for individual play. Special rules address the different railway gauges between Spain and the rest of Europe, and add the Insurrection action. On the Mexico map, the Nationalization action allows player track to become nationalized, creating additional interaction between players.
