Age of Steam Expansion: Panama/Corsica

This expansion adds two maps with distinct regional challenges. In Panama, special goods arrive near the canal, and players must control the canal to gain their benefits. In Corsica, black cubes represent the island’s strong sense of independence. Some regions become increasingly difficult to urbanize and develop as the game progresses.
