Age of Wonders

A science-fantasy setting blends arcane technology, space opera, and planetary romance with traditional fantasy adventure. Characters explore asteroids, planets, moons, and derelict vessels, seeking treasure and battling monsters in alien ruins, pirate outposts, and other spacefaring dungeons. Using the Old-School Essentials framework, the game includes rules for space vessels, magi-carbines, futuristic magic items, and other Magiverse elements while retaining level advancement through exploration, combat, and treasure. An example region of Known Space provides a starting point for campaigns.
