Arnor: The Land

A setting guide for the lands of Arnor and its successor states, covering the geography, settlements, fortresses, wildlife, and history of Eriador. Four detachable, interconnecting color maps depict the region and provide detailed layouts of major cities and strongholds. An alphabetical gazetteer describes locations including Tharbad, Bree, and the Barrow-downs, while sections explore the Witch-king’s plagues, curses, and other threats. Nine ready-to-run scenarios support adventures in the 1640s of the Third Age and during the final years of the Second Age, with game statistics for MERP, Rolemaster, and the Lord of the Rings Adventure Game.
