After stopping a revolution, the von Kraakel noble family seeks to seize power in the realm. Allied with the rival thief and assassin organization known as the Fifth Column, they aim to control Thief City and eliminate its criminal factions. The player characters become caught between the assassins of Sika-ri and von Kraakel’s forces. They must try to save the organization from destruction while finding a way to escape the conflict alive.
