Carnival

A traveling carnival provides refuge for outcasts, adventurers, and other lost souls under the protection of its mysterious mistress, Isolde. Its performers are more than sideshow attractions, and every offer of shelter comes with a price. This campaign accessory introduces dark secrets, more than a dozen detailed nonplayer characters, rules for the price paid by those who join the carnival, and story seeds involving mystery, horror, and deception.
