This sourcebook details the history, construction, staffing, and daily operation of castles, along with the people and lifestyles found in and around them. It covers site selection, materials, labor, and construction costs, then provides guidelines for how castles and other dwellings age into ruins that may conceal lost treasure and adventure opportunities. The book also introduces training packages representing castle-related vocations and lifestyles, including training package spell lists that are available only through those packages. It is designed for use with the Rolemaster Standard System and Rolemaster Fantasy Role-Play.
