City State of the World Emperor

A campaign supplement for the Wilderlands of High Fantasy details Viridistan, a fortified city state known as the City of Spices and the Immortal City. It includes a guide to the surrounding lands, covering villages, ruins, religions, cultures, and politics; an extensive directory of city shops; and a volume describing bars, taverns, rumors, and military arrangements. The set also contains two campaign maps, with separate Judge and Player versions, plus a large map of the city state.
