Countering, Dispel & Failure

This supplement presents options for handling spells that are countered, temporarily dampened, dispelled, dismissed, or fail to cast or remain active. Its rules are divided into four sections—Countered, Dampened, Dispelled, and Failure—with effects ranging from preserving spell components to making a subsequent spell more difficult to counter.
