Dany: Promo cards

Adds two new cards to shuffle into the draw pile and use during play. Includes an optional endgame rule: if the final vote results in a tie, tied Personalities keep their cards face down and a new vote is held to break the tie. Provides a French-edition variant originally published in a magazine promo.
