Dice City: By Royal Decree

The Queen inspects each player's city and issues royal plans that shape scoring and available actions. Players roll dice to collect resources, place and upgrade location tiles on a shared tableau, and use trade and special abilities to fulfill the Queen’s decrees. A separate trade board and extra dice introduce new market actions alongside location-specific powers, and timing of card effects becomes more important. Gameplay focuses on dice allocation, resource management, and strategic placement to maximize points under changing royal objectives.
