Diluvium

Players lead a civilization across a chain of islands, exploring new tiles, founding settlements, producing resources, and engaging with rivals. On each turn a player selects one of four actions—explore, settle, produce, or engage—to expand territory, develop economy, or contest opponents. The game uses shared resource pools; play continues until one of those pools is depleted. Victory goes to the civilization holding the most gold at that moment.
