Dystopia

A Champions adventure pits four to eight heroes against the Coalition, a mercenary group causing havoc across the city through bank robberies, hostage-taking, destruction of city blocks, and attacks on the jail. The book details the villains, provides short scenarios to introduce them into an ongoing campaign, and builds toward a full-length adventure, with further adventure seeds and notes for adapting the material to Dark Champions.
