Fleet: Wharfside Casino

This set of three premium license cards replaces the Fishermen’s Pub and adds a gambling option to the fishing economy. After purchasing the license, a player takes one crate from any boat and places it on the casino, then rolls a die. A result of 1–3 discards the gambled crate, while higher results return it and add one to three crates from the supply to the casino, with the highest result providing the largest reward.
