Food Chain Island: Legendary Creatures

These mythical creatures stay hidden and cannot be eaten until they are face up. A legendary creature is revealed when an orthogonally adjacent animal is eaten, then becomes available to eat. When eaten, its special power activates alongside the effect of the animal that ate it, requiring both effects to be resolved. Some creatures share numbers with animals from the base game, and animals with the same number cannot eat one another unless an ability allows it.
