Frozen Climb of Icarus

A story roleplaying game about Spartan youths undertaking a rite of passage on the slopes of a frozen peak, traveling with only a spear and sandals and seeking to return alive. One character may prove their worth by bringing back the head of a boar. Players act as both directors and characters, framing the story through vignettes, interrogations, interludes, and ensemble scenes. The zero-prep game supports three or more players and uses a deck of poker cards and tokens to track drama points.
