The hen house is in a commotion: a fox has stolen a hen and hidden in its den. Players search sixteen rooms by lowering a key into a door’s keyhole and lifting it out within a limited time, using only the far end of the chain. Each room reveals a suspect, a friendly animal, or a trap. Friendly animals provide clues to identify the culprit, while traps make opening the next door more difficult. Once all clues have been revealed, the player who finds the suspect matching them all wins.
